this past week and a half has been cool as far as me downloading comics. i’m struggling with my connection here, but with azreus i can download piece by piece and have managed to get a handfull of x-titles. i just can’t wait til i get back to the states and can leave the stuff downloading 24/7. now that is excitement.

i think the biggest thing about returning to the states, besides getting to see my family again, and besides finally having my head straight and knowing what i want to do, will be my magnificent return to the world of technology. internet in the place where i live. video games. digital cable. internet in the place where i live which will give me access to a kabillion other computers, who will in turn give me access to a kabillion other computers, etc. it’s about time i plugged myself in again.

friends are starting to disappear, however, and i still have a month and a half left here in rabat. they’re not supposed to disappear, i am!! it’s going to be difficult to leave, in the sense that this place and my friends have left a big mark on me.
