sleep shift

this past weekend was lots of fun. i think the funnest part involved glynn and i in two different locations, one in his car listening to a great adf mix into the beginning of a jungle set, the second us on the couch after most of the novak/kenji/steve house party had left, mixing our own over some random country sounding song. i was a lil sad driving back on sunday, realizing it was my last T.st. party. in the past couple months, it has become the big thing to look forward to and enjoy. good luck to each of you fellas movin out.

i want to do jordan's thing that he posted about with his music collection. basically, he says to put your mp3s on random and to pick your favorite line, one each from the first 25 songs played. list them, and cross them out when people name them.

tomorrow night i will most likely be hangin out with tripp in town, and heading to the airport early early early in the morning the next day. we'll be meetin up with chrispy soon upon our arrival, at which point we will rush to see our girlfriends. mine in particular that has not been seen in a very, very long time. thanks to gabriel, i have a gift certificate to science to help treat her right on my first date since 2002. the boys are gonna have some fun.

dara's old school hardcore mix that he posted a month or two ago is a great thing to hear when not expected. i thought of this partially due to tripp mentioning the loveliness of nostalgia. not that i'm old enough to have been dancing to this stuff, respek, big up yoself. hexplosions. but you know you love it.
