in the past week i've reformulated my view of my current area(west harlem — i think specifically hamilton heights). at first i didn't care either way, then i thought it was sketchy, then i stopped thinkin about it, and now, now i think it's alright. this has come about because i've been gettin off work these past two weeks around six in the evenin, so i've been able to come home and actually hang out in the area, as opposed to walkin home at 3 in the mornin. the local park is tight, the bodega outside my building door has got some good people, and the weather is gettin better. obviously the weather doesn't hinge around my particular streets, but i love good weather.
