For whatever reason(s), I am quietly bothered by all the rubber bracelets that people have been sporting to support various causes. “LiveStrong,” “Support Our Troops”–they’re dangerous stances. Pro-troops and anti-cancer? Best not to wear those outside of your ultra-liberal hometown, comrade. That’s why I love Archie McPhee’s new sets of Bleak Wristbands and Seven Deadly Sins Wristbands. Now the world can know that I favor sloth, gluttony and despair! Finally!

Speaking of breakthrough products, take a gander at the Beer Belly. In the world of concealed portable pouches, it’s second only to the Stadium Pal.
