things are going well here. i can't complain. i am very busy, but that is how i like it. rachel's birthday was sunday, so that was a nice day we spent together. i got her a copy of risk. she was very happy. believe it or not it is her favorite game.

this sniper business has me a little concerned. it was bad enough when it was around the dc area, but now… that shooting in ashland was a little too close to home. especially since i didn't find out until monday morning. a couple of days away from the television and the computer, and you'd be surprised how much information you miss. i'm not sure if that is good or bad.

does anyone else find it funny that tripp is having conversations about the world series? i can't picture it. unless it is somehow involved with it being like a video game and tripp is in control of certain player's actions, while someone else is in control of other players actions, thereby eliminating it as a spectator sport, and now it becomes a bitter struggle for free will with bats and cleats and hot dogs. the stakes: all of humanity.

also, i thought of a good supernatural idea for you to pitch, tripp. alien ghosts. think about it: what happens to alien souls when they crash here on earth and the government snags all of their technology. do their souls roam the deserts doomed to an afterlife of unrest until the government stops their terrible ways? oh, what a plague on mankind. the stakes: all of humnaity. i'm willing to bet dollars to doughnuts that mike is on board with this idea. probably david too.
