i am addicted to kimchi. i had never had this salad before being immersed in a school full of koreans, but now they all laugh at me because i eat it. im not sure why they think it's so funny — if it's because im white/american/southern or if it's just because they dont eat that much of it themselves. but i adore it. just looking at it makes my mouth water b/c it's spicy hot goodness.
