So Tripp made a blingier site. Nice, Tripp, though I even after all of these years of doing this work I don't understand how people can get so hung up on the way a site looks. Function, function, function. To me the best part is the working survey.

I guess I spoke too soon. Now one can no longer vote. Blingy-blingy.
i believe that to be because you already voted. storing based on cookie and ip. now that is high tech.
I think you might being doing it more on IP than cookie — every computer on my subnet appears as the same IP - PAT (or DNAT if you speak UNIX). All of them can no longer vote. But the purple is nice.
