The topic: who is more influential/important/just plain better – Stevie Wonder or Bruce Sprinsteen?
Please support your opinions with some sort of factual data, unless your opinion is that they both suck, which disqualifies you (even though you might be on to something). But for now, the topic is open to anyone who gives a damn.

Does there have to be a “better”? I mean, both are great in their own right, and thankfully music is not as simple as winner take all. The arts do not boil down to more points at the end, or who crosses the line first. Thankfully. And if there is anything I’ve learned of eight interminable years of the Bush administration, it is this: always refuse the either/or argument. Either Stevie or Bruce is just as much a false premise as is ‘either you’re with us or you’re against us.’
This post isn’t titled For the Record, For the Let’s All Be Friends. If 15+ years of internet has taught me anything, it’s that all opinions must be absolute. If you can’t roll with that, then go soak your old lady feet!
