does anyone who works out with their iPod have a recommendation for a good, realtively inexpensive armband? online they all look exactly the same to me.
i was just checking out a friend's wishlist and was scared to see a listing for a palmtrimmer. i thought it was something scary used to, like, shave the dead skin off your palms or something. something - what? i have no idea. glad to see it's just a palm-sized hair trimmer. bad product name!

i got a really cheap one at 5 Below. do they have those in staunton? it's like an upscale dollar store. though the one i got has a thin rubber cover to the ipod's circular main control panel, and it's virtually impossible to control the volume through it. so, i just cut it out with scissors and the armband functions fabulously now. i saw them also in radio shack with the circular part pre-cut (if you will), and they were $15. i totally think my jimmy-rigged contraption was worth the $10 i saved :)
ps - just checked (http://www.fivebelow.com/storeFinder.html#VA) and there isn't one in staunton, but there are two in fairfax.
