my imagination

i've been absent on here for a long time. i'm not entirely certain why– i think about a lot of things i could post, but when i sit down at the computer no longer feel like writing.

my uncle j is visiting for the weekend which is nice, as always. his presence is always an upper for my gram.

i also saw my other grandparents a couple weeks ago. they stopped in portland for a day before getting on a boat to tour the beautiful northwest and lewis and clark's journey.

i saw a play with tera last week called underneath the lintel. i keep thinking about it. while being a very entertaining (one man show) comedy, there were also several messages that i keep rolling through my brain. if you get a chance to see the production, i recommend it.

rosh hashana was this week. it was nice to be at havurah. its been so long since i've been home for it. i think my religious/spiritual identity is continuing to transform.

well, this really turned into a nothing post, but i'll try and keep it more frequent.
