chopin's nocturnes

i hate colds. i've almost kicked it, but i'm trying to write a cover letter and discovering that my brain is still logey.

i've been sleeping a lot and accomplishing very little. i'm currently reading a compilation of short stories by F Scott Fitgerald which i am enjoying very much. its the type of reading where some sentences i savor and re-read before moving on.

i've been making a decent amount of progress on my 'books to read' pile lately. i've still aquired more than i've read in the past few months, but i've also gotten to some that have been waiting for years.
