i'm annoyed with my body.

after months of putting it off, i finally went to a doctor last week about my shoulder. now, to give myself a little credit, i gained the courage/motivation about two months ago but the first available appointment was a month off, and then that was canceled on me. anyone who has seen or heard my shoulder pop in and out can probably vouch for the wisdom in trying to fix this issue.

i went in and got some exercises to try on my own and will call back if i decide i need a physical therapist.

i'm starting to think this is going to be the type of thing that gets worse before it gets better. i was in tons of pain last night after doing exercises (but, two advil and a night of sleep later, i was fine).

i just got back from the gym. my other physical goal besides fixing my shoulder has been to work on the flexibility of my hamstrings. i'd like to be able to flat palm the floor comfortably. i've made significant progress in not very much time but after reaching down to the floor……….managed to totally tweak the crap out of my shoulder while standing up. GRRRR.
