im home. finally.
5.5 weeks in the hospital.

you might not believe how much i have to say. perhaps you might. it was tough dictating posts over the phone from a hospital bed. but i guess thats what makes me an internet whore.
so ill take excuses from all of you who havent posted; i dont expect you to be me. but seriously. its crazy how the site seemed to function (or not) in my absence. i always wondered what would happen to it if i dided. hopefully this is as close as we will get for a loooong time. but it also answers that question.
so ill take the next 3 or 4 days to really relate my stay in the hospital. for now, ill tell you the current situation.
im home. im eating. im doing very very well except for some kidney pains. i ate 2 hot dogs for lunch, my mom is picking up ‘in-n-out’ for me prob as i type this.
im lounging here in the apt for the next 2 weeks, wearing this sexy bag, pajama pants and teeshirts.
i havent shaved at all in like 7 weeks and look a bit crazy.
ill have my second surgery at the end of july to get rid of the bag and have my small intestines running to my rectum.
so yes, no more appendix/large intestine for me. but im up in the apt, eating a lot of normal food (hello chips ahoy) and trying to figure out how i will adjust with my mom here til wed and sis here from wed to sun. i might get a little crazy.
movies, books, video games (hello gta3 – thanks john [whose post made it sound like he wants to move out. i must find out. i hope he isnt staying out of some sense of obligation. though if he moved out, i think we might hang out even less and that would make me really sad. i already miss him and he lives with me. i gotta work on his whippedness. no offense john]) and the internet. so entertain me.
and thank you again kurt, for my birthday presents – more later, but one of them was the new streets cd, straight from bit torrent, several weeks early. jury’s still out, but im still trying to wear it out.
