a blur

My last two weeks have been a blur. Completely and totally. I have been leading an architecture redesign at work; my day has become a giant wall of meetings and conversations.

The best thing of the last 2 weeks has been the bacon vodka Brinker made. In the last month though, there have been Giants games, drinking, a birthday (whose celebration stretched over 3 weeks), a miracle fruit party, homemade limoncello and goodness knows what else.

I'm happier. For a number of reasons. The most recent is a new game I am playing: I'm giving each day a theme. And I try to make that day live up to its theme. The first day was awesome. Then jazzy. Yesterday was lucky. It actually has made every day more fun, trying to live up to the mindset.

So I did what most nerds might do for this — I made a site. A random mood per day, all positive. Right now I have a list of 21 moods and have coded it so that they don't repeat for a week at minimum. I'm very open to suggestions to add to the list — fun, positive emotions are trickier to name than you might think.

Oh and the site: http://todayis.madeofglass.com/
