Is there any reason any all for my alcoholic neighbor to blast his TV at 10am on a Sunday morning?

I realize the question answers itself, but c'mon. I really hate having to retaliate by blasting IDM (Andrea Parker mix, at the moment) back just to drown out his crappy TV.

He is almost the only thing I dislike about where I live.
